Greetings, Brothers and Sisters,

We have some upcoming events that I would like to update you on, based on discussions that took place on Sunday. 

 

Sunday School will be starting up again on Sunday, September 7th.  Following the service we will have a rally day celebration, followed by a picnic lunch to Coppal Farm in Epping.  This is the place where they have the corn maze. (http://www.nhcornmaze.com/2007homepageasofoct.html)  Classes will begin the following week.  Please see Charlene Casey for more information. 

 

The Christian Faith Church will be celebrating its 14th anniversary on Sunday, September 21st.  This will be a special Praise and Worship service.  If you would like to do some special music please let me know.  Vocal Solos, Instrumental solos, duets, groups, readings, or dance are greatly appreciated.  This is all for the glory of God who has blessed us mightily.  Please contact me if you have any ideas for this service. 

 

The Gideons will be our guests on Sunday, September 28th.  We will have a guest speaker bring the message on that day.

Happy Birthday to Walter Manley today!

Thank you, Barbara Hayden for bringing snack today. Bobbi Hayden has snack next week.

There will be no Bible Reading on Monday at the home of Doris Goerner at 7:00pm throughout the summer. We are studying I and II Samuel and I Chronicles by Jack Hayford. Our nest study will be on September 8th at the Pastor’s, while Doris is away.

Bible Study will be on Friday evening at the home of the Pastor at 7:00pm. We are doing a series of Q & A podcasts by Toby Logsden of BibleStudyPodcasts.org. The main question for Friday is:
“Is “once saved always saved” a Biblical rule?”

There will be a “Back to school” cookout and baptism on Monday, Sept. 1st (Labor Day) at the home of the pastor at 1:00pm. All kids are encouraged to bring a friend.

Voices of Faith Choir rehearsal will be on Sunday mornings at 8:15am.

Ladies breakfast- Sept. 13th - @TBD @8:30am.
Men’s breakfast – August 30th - @8:00am. @ Steven’s in Exeter

Our next missions meeting will be on Sunday, August 24th.

The CFC is blessed to sponsor Dr. Charles Stanley at 9:00am M-F, and at 8:00pm, M-F. We also sponsor Dr. Stanley on Sundays at 10:00am and 7:00pm.
