Pianist
The Christian Faith Church of Newfields is blessed with the talents of our pianist.

Sherryann started taking piano lessons when she was only 4 years old.  She picked up the flute at age 9 and the organ at age 14.  She had years of private lessons on many instruments before she finished high school.  During high school she received annual scholarships to Mt. Union College to learn more about organ playing.  At the age of 15 she had her first job as church organist, and began teaching piano and flute professionally

At the age of 17 Sherryann started to attend Kent State University in Kent, Ohio on scholarship, where she studied music theory and performance (organ, flute, and voice).  She continued her education at a branch campus of Kent State in Dover, Ohio, before receiving her BA degree from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio in both Music Theory and Vocal Performance.   She continued her education towards a graduate degree at Akron State University in Akron, Ohio with scholarships and a teaching assistantship for teaching music theory and accompanying graduate students.

The Christian Faith Church is the 6th New Hampshire congregation to be blessed with the gifts that Sherryann brings.  In many, if not all, of those churches, Sherryann has led multiple choirs, both adult and children, and accompanied numerous solos, recitals, and pageants.  From 2000 until 2006, she was both pianist and choir director for The Voices of Faith Choir at CFC.  With the addition of a new choir director, Sherryann is now free to work on starting a Praise Band for our worship service.   She still accompanies any and all comers at the drop of a hat, and God has truly blessed her mightily to glorify Him.  It would take pages to tell more of her accomplishments, goals, and blessings to the CFC.  To find out more, please come and join her for worship to our Lord!
